At Eternal Smoke, we work hard to ensure you receive your order as quickly as possible and in perfect condition. Below you will find all the information related to shipping, delivery, and tracking of your orders placed at www.eternalsmke.com .


📦 1. Shipping and order processing

All orders are processed within 24 to 72 hours of confirmation.
Once processed, you will receive an email with the shipping details and, when available, your tracking number.

⚠ During peak seasons (Black Friday, Christmas, promotions), processing time may be slightly longer.


🌍 2. Shipping Zones

We currently ship to:

  • Spain (Peninsula and Balearic Islands)

  • European Union

  • United Kingdom

  • USA

  • Latin America (subject to logistical availability)


🚚 3. Shipping costs

Free international shipping on all orders.
There are no hidden charges or additional costs at checkout.

Note: Some countries may apply customs duties. These duties are not controlled by Eternal Smoke and depend on local legislation.


4. Estimated delivery times

Delivery times may vary depending on the country and logistical demands. Our average delivery times are:

  • Spain / EU: 7–15 business days

  • United Kingdom: 8–18 business days

  • United States: 7–20 business days

  • Latin America: 10–25 business days

These timeframes begin once the order has been processed and shipped.
During periods of high demand or external events (strikes, customs, weather), there may be slight delays.


🔍 5. Order tracking

When your order is shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link where you can view the status of your package in real time.

If you haven't received a tracking email 5 days after purchase, please contact us to check it.

📦 6. Incorrect or incomplete address

It is the customer's responsibility to provide a correct shipping address.
If the order cannot be delivered due to:

  • Incomplete address

  • Postal code error

  • Lack of information for the delivery driver

The package may be returned to the sender. In that case, we will contact you to arrange reshipment (reshipment costs will be the customer's responsibility).


7. Lost or delayed packages

If your order has not arrived within the estimated time:

  1. Check the tracking

  2. Check with the carrier (if applicable)

  3. Contact us

We send a replacement or process a refund only if the package is confirmed to be lost .

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within the first 48 hours after receiving the package:
